I want to have music always!
We meet Anna right at the very moment of her birth, and we accompany her throughout her life. She is always accompanied by Nina, her twin sister, who was born smiling and who stopped growing up one day, remaining forever as a child. The two play at make-believe in an imaginary world where music is their way of expressing themselves, and the answer to any situation. Milim is an invented country, guarded by Lord Re, who accompanies them with his melodies, dances and songs.
Nina takes her sister to Milim every time life presents her with obstacles, difficult challenges or disappointments, every time “getting older” steals one of her smiles. And it reminds her that, somewhere inside her, she is still a child who needs to sing and dance to be happy and face this great adventure of life with joy and humour.
Milim encourages children in the audience to treasure their childhood, and warns adults to care for their little ones and give importance to “children’s things”. Listen to them, because they hold the purest and most essential meaning of life.
